Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to gather information about their mental health history and current condition
- Assist in diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans

-Provide individual, group and/or family counseling
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques to help patients develop coping strategies and improve their mental health
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform crisis intervention as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of patients
- Conduct research related to mental health disorders and treatment modalities

Experience:

-Masters in either Social Work, Counseling, or other related field

-Must have one of the license/certifications listed here: (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, CSW, LPCA, etc.)
- Previous experience working in the mental health field , community mental health and/or in a private practice setting
- Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Willing to work with children
