BeautifulYOU is an 8-week, curriculum based program, designed for young women ages 11-18, to increase positive self-image and improve overall functioning in girls maturing into womanhood. BeautifulYOU focuses on four core areas; the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of each girl.
