Intern/ Targeted Case Manager 

Rachel is a native of Evansville, IN. She graduated with her Bachelor of Social Work from Western Kentucky University. Rachel is currently a Social Work Graduate student at University of Kentucky studying Clinical Counseling and works as a Targeted Case Manager at Evolving Lives. Rachel enjoys working with children, youth, and individuals of diverse populations and marginalized groups. Rachel recognizes the importance of continuous growth and development, and focuses on empathy and respect. Rachel strives to create an atmosphere where clients feel valued, understood, and empowered.
